Thanksgiving and Prayer (Repost)
I really don't have a post today, just a scripture that has been on my heart that I wanted to share:
I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
It is right for me to feel this way about all of you, since I have you in my heart; for whether I am in chains or defending and confirming the gospel, all of you share in God's grace with me. God can testify how I long for all of you with the affection of Christ Jesus.
And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God.
(Phillipians 1:3-11)
With a grateful heart,

Philippians 1:6 ("Being confident of this...") was the verse "given" to me the first hour I became a believer. I come back to it, and clung to it, over and over again. Thanks for this (re)post.

Just when I think I'll never figure out your weird blogs...you go and pull off some awesomeness.
Keep up the good work and God Bless You over the top.
Love this scripture. My mom includes it in every card she gives to me. Thanks for the blessing!
Amen. What an amazing prayer. Glad I RTed this (LOL before reading it - does that mean I trust you too much?)
Thanks for donating The Jumbo Shrimp Gospel for Peter's Blogiversary! I had the blessing of being the first winner. Look forward to receiving the book!
Wonderful verse! I missed this post the first time so I'm very happy you did it again.
One of my favorite verses in the entire Bible. And where was that picture taken?
