One more time, peeps! I promise to write my own post very soon, but I got a call from my pastor today about viral marketing and his first hand experience with it. Please go over there and tell him what you think. I know what I think, but I'm keeping my mouth shut for now, which is no small accomplishment, to be sure.
Here's the link: Marketing Homelessness
What I would really like to do is to draw attention to this issue. I would very much appreciate it you would consider writing a post about this on your blogs as well.
Peace out.

I will definitely consider writing about this on my Crazy Life site. I followed your link and left a comment there. This is terrible to me.
Thank you Kathy. This makes me so sad.
You know, I do think what they are doing is worthy of criticism. At the same time, I think it is exactly what they expect. That is its "viral" nature. They know it will spark outrage and that very outrage will cause more people to go to their site than people ever would if it was "helpthehomeless.com". We are motivated more by outrage than by compassion.
I wrote about this today and linked back to your site. The post is HERE. If you get the chance I'd love for you to look at it. I linked back to your pastor's blog too :)
Koffijah,
"We are motivated more by outrage than by compassion." -- and that, my friend is what unsettles me the most about all of this. Why does it have to come to this before we love each other?
Your comment on Jeff's blog was the bomb, BTW.
Katdish you've won an award ♥ CLICK HERE to get it :D
